print processing

Print processing - from business card to large posters

From business cards and documents, high quality booklets to posters, billboards and large-scale advertisements - the possibilities are versatile and depending on their application.

The choice of the appropriate print processing playes a mayor role, depending on quantities, quality and the print media (paper, sheet, awning, etc.).

Digital print

Digital print is exceptionally based on digital data. The text, graphics and images are compiled on the computer that the print data can be sent to different printing systems. The result is well-priced and high quality printing.

Offset-print

In offset-printing images and text are carried from already designed film to printing plates. The printing and non-printing arrays are arranged on one level and are seperated through chemicals reaction (fat and water).

Rotary printing

Custom-built printing plates and zylinders allow continuous printing. This technique is used for large quantaties of printing - eg for books or magazines.

Gravure printing

The printing elements are located deep in etched printing plates. The surface constitutes the non-prinitable area. The copperplate first gets inked and afterwards the surface gets cleaned. During the actual printing process the ink, which is left over in the cavity is printed onto media (eg. paper) by using backing rolls.

Silk-screen printing

At this printing process the printing block is placed above closed meshed textile. The colour is transfered through a sieve by a scraper. The silk-screen printing is commonly used in large-scale printing (small quantities) - eg. production of large-scale posters and displays as well as in ink transfer on wood, metal or diverse plastics.

Textile-ink transfer printing

The pre-assembled printing sample is transfered onto the media (textile) by using textile-ink transfer printing. The printing image is placed side-inverted onto a special sheet and transfered under high pressure and heat onto the surface of the textile. After removing the pre-assembled printing sample the image is accurate and colourfast for washing up to 60 degrees.
